RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods at info@crosseduk.comk or on +44 (0)179493414, to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This number with be required for exchange or return of goods and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without this number.

Please return the item/items to us in their original condition within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note: We will not accept goods outside of the time frame.

A full refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs.

All customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund.

We recommend you use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you to the value of the goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.

If you wish to have an exchange or report a FAULTY item please email us within 48 hours of receipt at info@crosseduk.com and we will advise you how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. CrossedUk reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which Crosseduk.com can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, outlined above and within the 48 hours time limit.
